No charge to walk the village. Individual churches, the Chagall Windows at the Hadassah Ein Kerem hospital synagogue and any guided tour are ticketed separately.

Parking

Paid lot on HaMaayan Street, plus limited free street parking that fills up at weekends. The lanes are narrow and one-way in places - arrive early or come by bus.

Getting there

Bus 28 runs to Ein Kerem; pick it up from the Mount Herzl light rail station. Taxis are easy to get for the return.

Galleries are often open on Shabbat when the rest of Jerusalem is shut.
Combine with the Chagall Windows at the Hadassah Ein Kerem synagogue up the hill.
The wadi path below HaMaayan Street is one of the few quiet green walks inside Jerusalem.
