₪5 per person for the roof terrace; free for guests staying at the hospice. The Viennese cafe and its garden terrace - the largest freely accessible green space in the Old City - are open to non-residents and charged separately.

No realistic parking nearby - this is deep in the Muslim Quarter. Use Mamilla (free first hour) or Karta at Jaffa Gate, or the Damascus Gate lot, and walk in.
