These terms apply to Jerusalem Local (www.jerusalemlocal.com) in every language. The site is owned and managed by Anywhere Reality Industries LLC, a company in the United States ("we", "us"). By using the site you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

General information, not advice

Jerusalem Local publishes practical guides written by people who live in Jerusalem. They are general information, not legal, tax, financial, medical or halachic advice. Before you make a decision, check with the relevant office, professional or rabbi.

Accuracy

We check the guides and show when each was last reviewed. Prices, opening hours, rules and phone numbers in Jerusalem still change often, and we can't promise that everything on the site is complete, current or error-free. As far as the law allows, the site is provided "as is", and we are not responsible for loss that comes from relying on it.

Shabbat and holiday times are calculated for Jerusalem by Hebcal. Follow the times published by your own community.

If you spot a mistake, please tell us through the contact page or the "report a change" link on each mikvah page.

The mikvah and services directories

• A listing is information, not a guarantee. We don't operate the places listed and are not responsible for their services, prices or conduct.
• Mikvah hours and arrangements change. Call the mikvah to confirm before you go.
• Nobody pays to be listed. A few links are referral links, which may earn the site a small payment; they are marked on the page.

Links to other websites

We link to government offices, businesses and other sites we think are useful. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content or how they handle your information.

Using our content

The guides, directory texts, design and original photographs belong to Anywhere Reality Industries LLC or to the people who licensed them to us. You're welcome to quote a short passage with a link back to the page it came from, and to link to any page.

Please don't copy whole guides or large parts of the directories onto another site or into another publication without written permission.

What you send us

When you send a correction, a recommendation or a message, you allow us to use the information in it to update the site. We won't publish your name or contact details without asking.

Please don't send other people's personal details, or anything that is untrue, offensive or someone else's copyrighted work.

Using the site fairly

Don't try to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to the site. Don't use automated tools in a way that puts a heavy load on it.
