Out early, indoors at midday, in water in the afternoon, and back outside once the sun drops.

What this assumes: A day over about 32°, when the honest advice is to be indoors or in water between 11:00 and 16:00.

    Springs and terraces in the hills, worth doing only first thing in summer. Water shoes for the tunnel, and leave before the heat.
