German Colony

Community sports centre on the site of the old Jerusalem Pool, rebuilt and reopened in September 2023 under the Ginot Ha'ir community administration. It has a 33.3-metre pool, a gym, a functional-training room, studios for Pilates Reformer, yoga and water aerobics, a cafe and a Speedo shop. The site lists separate-gender slots for men (Sun 10:00–11:30 and 21:30–23:00, Thu 20:45–22:15) and women (Sun 20:00–21:25, Tue 10:00–11:30, Thu 19:00–20:30). The pool opens on Shabbat; parking is on-street only.

Tickets

Membership only — the centre states plainly that single-entry tickets are not sold. Memberships come as individual, couple (any first-degree relative counts) or family; a child counts to age 18, or 21 while in military or national service. Gym access from 14, studio classes from 16, Reformer Pilates from 18. A non-member Reformer punch card is ₪480 for 8 entries or ₪1,000 for 20.

Discounts

The centre states it offers discounts for families, soldiers, people with disabilities, students and senior citizens. Current membership rates are on the price list page.

In the German Colony, a short walk from Emek Refaim and the Railway Park; light rail and city buses to the First Station area.

There is no pay-as-you-go: you cannot buy a single swim, only a membership.
Open Saturday 10:00–22:00, one of the few Jerusalem pools that is.
A family membership that includes studio classes works out cheaper than splitting memberships.
Opens at 05:30 Sunday to Thursday for early-morning lane swimming.
Run by the Ginot Ha'ir community council, so the staff are used to English speakers.
