Talbiyeh (HaPalmach St)
The L. A. Mayer museum of Islamic art on HaPalmach St, with ceramics, metalwork, glass, jewellery and manuscripts from across the Islamic world, plus the celebrated collection of antique European clocks and watches. A small, calm museum that rarely gets crowded.

Stationnement
Street parking on HaPalmach St, HaGedud HaIvri St and Chopin St — grey kerb is free, blue-and-white is paid. On Saturday the museum's own car park opens free to visitors, space permitting. Parking on other days can be arranged in advance on 02-5661291.

- Saturday is the day to drive: the museum lot opens free to visitors, while blue-and-white kerbside costs on weekdays.
- Closing is early - 15:00 Monday to Wednesday - so treat it as a morning stop.
- Pick up the free gallery map at the desk; the collection is arranged by region and reads better with it.
- If you need step-free entry, phone ahead: the accessible way in is through the car park, not the main door.
