Old City - Dung Gate, beside the Western Wall
The excavated area along the southern and western walls of the Temple Mount - Herodian street, the pilgrim steps, ritual baths and the toppled stones of 70 CE - with an indoor exhibition centre. Run by the Company for the Reconstruction and Development of the Jewish Quarter.

₪34 adult; ₪18 for child 5-18, soldier or pensioner. A separate 'Awakening the Past' Second Temple virtual-reality experience is sold at the centre. The City of David also sells a combined ticket pairing the Davidson Center with the Pool of Siloam.

Stationnement
Nearest is the small Dung Gate / Kotel paid lot. Otherwise Mamilla underground (first hour free) or Karta by Jaffa Gate, then 15-20 minutes on foot; the Jewish Quarter lot inside Jaffa Gate is paid and limited. Private cars cannot enter through Jaffa Gate 09:00-18:00.

Buses 1 and 3 from the Central Bus Station to the Kotel; circular line 38 serves the Jewish Quarter. Light rail to City Hall then 10-15 minutes on foot.

- Enter beside Dung Gate, a two-minute walk from the Western Wall plaza.
- Last admission is 40 minutes before closing, and Friday closing is early.
- Ask about the 'Awakening the Past' VR experience when you buy - it is a separate ticket.
- Wear proper shoes: the Herodian street and pilgrim steps are uneven ancient stone.
