The timetable is reissued each season, so check before travelling.

Appointments are booked directly with the studio rather than through a drop-in timetable.

Sports centre on the Hebrew University's Givat Ram campus, operated by the Cosell association and open to members from outside the university as well as students and staff. It has a heated covered pool, a fitness complex with around 70 Technogym machines, a studio running over 200 classes a month, tennis and squash courts, an athletics stadium, a dairy restaurant and a large car park. The centre publishes its own timetable in English; check the website for current hours.

Branch of the Icon Fitness chain in the Cinema City complex at the entrance to the city, with a fitness floor, studio classes, a Pilates apparatus studio, junior programmes, lockers and showers. There is no swimming pool at this branch and the club opens on Saturday evenings. Membership tiers published on the site run from a day-use plan at 99 NIS a month to VIP and Freedom plans at 189 NIS a month, with registration fees on top.

The site lists separate-gender slots for men (Sun 10:00–11:30 and 21:30–23:00, Thu 20:45–22:15) and women (Sun 20:00–21:25, Tue 10:00–11:30, Thu 19:00–20:30). The pool opens on Shabbat; parking is on-street only.

Indoor neighbourhood pool in Ramot Bet, operated by the Ramot Alon community administration, with a toddler pool alongside the main pool. A Jerusalem pools guide states the pool runs separate hours for men and women, and that tickets are not sold on Saturday. Published opening hours vary between listings and the separate-gender timetable is reissued seasonally, so check with the community administration before travelling. The administration office is open Sun-Thu 09:00-17:00.
