Jerusalem hills, near Ein Kerem
A KKL-JNF site on the slopes above Nahal Sorek where ancient hillside farming has been restored: stone terraces, fruit trees, irrigation channels and two spring tunnels, Ein Sataf and Ein Bikura. Entry and parking are free, and a new visitor centre with a bakery-café opened in 2025.

Three free lots: an upper lot (large, takes buses, with picnic tables, toilets, drinking water and a kiosk), a middle lot with 90 spaces for private cars only, and a lower lot near Nahal Sorek. The upper lot fills on Fridays, Saturdays and holidays.

Consejos locales
- The Village Track runs about 2 km down to the lower car park; the Dryland Farming Track is about 3 km and linear.
- Swimming in the spring pools is forbidden, as are fires and overnight stays.
- Start from the upper lot: it has the toilets, drinking water and kiosk.
- Paths get slippery in the rainy season — proper shoes, not sandals.
- Do not walk into the cultivated plots; they are worked by licence holders.
